This rack is working but it has a lot of scratches and rub spots on the bars and clamps. Cosmetically not the best. Also I was unable to test all the cables as this was traded to me so while some or possibly all cables may work Im considering them a free bee item included with the rack since they are not tested and it looks like a couple were changed. They can be removed if you dont need them also. 

So structurally fine just has cosmetics. See pictures for general cosmetic condition. Thanks
