Excellent condition. I bought this about a year ago and only kept a drum inside it in a spare bedroom then once outside to take some pictures. So excellent condition with barely any use. 

Pickup in Encinitas which is north san diego. I can meet you somewhere with 15 minutes but best times for me are usually after 1pm.
