Roland CY-12R/C 3 Way Trigger V-Cymbal Crash Ride V-Drum w/ Stopper -NOT WORKING

For parts and not working:

This is for a Roland CY-12R/C V Drum Crash/Ride Cymbal.

The cymbal self chokes and is not triggering normally - Has issues

Also a couple screws missing and rubber sticking out on underside
