Rogers 60's Bass Drum Hoop 22" - No inlay - Project

This hoop was from a repainted rogers 60's holiday kit. The shells were bad so im selling the parts. The hoop cosmetically has scuffs and scratches - I am unsure if it was repainted but it appears so and is missing the inlay. Fair condition . Could use a repaint. The hoop is intact otherwise.
