Overall this snare plays and looks decent but has some minor cosmetics
1) the botton hoop locking nuts are missing. You dont really need them but they are only there on the top
2) the original muffler is missing also
3) bottom hoop has a small bend over the snare wire opening but is only cosmetic as its not the main part of the hoop
4) part of inside sticker missing
