These are used. I believe the model of the claws are DC-015B . The hole spacing looks close to 3/4" but I think from my research they are technically 25/32" or 20mm from center hole to center hole

Some scratches as they are used. They have holes on both end but only threading on one. I think that's just how they made them. See last picture for a example how they look on a bass drum  (bass drum only used for a example  - only 20 lugs in first pictures included with screws)
